By using Kraftweb's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Kraftweb provides website design, development, hosting, and maintenance services on a one-time or subscription basis. We build a free preview of your website before any payment is required.

3. Free Preview

We will design and build a preview of your website at no upfront cost. You are under no obligation to purchase. If you choose to proceed, payment terms apply per the plan selected.

4. Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. One-Time Purchases

One-time builds are delivered after payment. The number of revisions and scope are defined in the plan you select.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Kraftweb's services for unlawful, infringing, or abusive purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

Once payment is complete for a one-time build, you own the source code and assets delivered. For subscriptions, the website remains hosted under Kraftweb's stack while the subscription is active.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kraftweb is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
