Refund Policy

1. Free Preview

Because Kraftweb builds your website preview before any payment is taken, you only pay if you are happy with what we have built. There is nothing to refund at the preview stage.

2. One-Time Builds

Once a one-time build is paid for and delivered, the work is considered complete. Refunds are issued at our discretion within 7 days of delivery if the deliverable materially differs from what was agreed.

3. Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial refunds are issued.

4. Chargebacks
